RANKS NET’s offered bundles are shared. However, this does not prevent us from delivering the promised speed to every single user. That is, committed bandwidth is assigned to every single link or connection, regardless of how many links are active in a given area. As a result, you will receive the bandwidth speed specified in the package on a consistent basis.
Do you have any FTP servers?
According to the law, all content posted to FTP servers is considered pirated and illegal because the uploaders have no property rights over the contents that they upload. Thus, no ISP may own, manage, or advertise any type of FTP server for/to their users, according to BTRC laws.
Do you have access to other FTP servers?
Yes, but only if the FTP server is public and accepts connections from any internet service provider.

Do you have any bandwidth limitation or fair usage policy?

Do you have any installation charge?
Yes. For new home internet connection, a subscriber must pay Tk. 1,000 as a non-refundable installation fee and for three month’s advance bill payment subscriber will get that at free of cost. However, the pricing may vary depending on the user’s location and promotional offers. The installation fee includes the cost of installing and maintaining fiber optic cable and ONU device for the life of the connection, until the subscriber disconnects.
